Product Description
1. This new bottle label steam shrink oven significantly improves heat shrinking efficiency and is suitable for various plastic and glass bottles. It is easy to adjust and maintain for different bottle shapes, such as irregular round, square, and flat bottles, resulting in a smooth shrinkage effect.
2. The steam injection system employs a steam distribution device with an adjustable steam guiding system. The piping layout is streamlined and space-saving, with three sections on each side of the outlet. The height, forward/backward direction, and airflow of each section can be individually adjusted for optimal shrinkage.
3. The low-pressure steam distribution bag uses a seamless steel pipe design, and all connecting pipes use stainless steel flexible quick-connect fittings for easy assembly and disassembly.
4. The entire casing is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and meets food safety standards.
5. The bottom stainless steel water tray is for collecting condensate and is removable, not affecting the working environment.
